Linda has over 35 years experience in the insurance industry and obtained the prestigious Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). This designation is an undisputed professional credential for insurance agency and company personnel who have attained comprehensive knowledge in the subject matter of their field and have completed the five institutes that comprise the CIC program, including: Agency Management, Commercial Casualty, Commercial Property, Life, Health and Personal Lines.

Recently Linda was the recepient 2010 Achieve Award from Key Bank. This is an annual honor for successful women business owners who are also actively involved in their local community. In admiration of their dedication to business and community, it's Key Banks way of celebrating the women business owners who they have the privilege of working with every day. Key Bank strives to recognize as least one woman business owner in each of Key's 22 districts across the U.S.
