Linda has over 35 years experience in the insurance industry and obtained the prestigious Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). This designation is an undisputed professional credential for insurance agency and company personnel who have attained comprehensive knowledge in the subject matter of their field and have completed the five institutes that comprise the CIC program, including: Agency Management, Commercial Casualty, Commercial Property, Life, Health and Personal Lines.
Linda is also a Member of BNI, where she is the on the auxiliary committee and was past President and Mentor coordinator.
Linda is also a member of The Evans / Brant Chamber of Commerce where she was past President

Lisa joined the agency in October, 2009, with over 19 years of sales and award winning customer service experience.
Due to our expanding lines and increasing customer base, we felt that it was important to continue to provide our customers with the world class service they have always enjoyed. Lisa is here to ensure that we continue to exceed our customer’s expectations!
Previously employed as an Account Coordinator for the Buffalo and Rochester regions at the Donna Karen Company, Lisa then worked with Swagelok for over 12 years. Swagelok serves distributor’s world wide and is headquartered in north eastern Ohio. Lisa lived in Ohio and traveled back home to Buffalo every weekend for over a year.
She is very happy to be home with her family and friends and working with the great team at Potwora Agency.

Laura has 2 years of personal lines experience and 4 years of commercial lines experience.
She is active in the Highland Hose Volunteer Fire Company and ready and willing to assist new and exisiting clients with their insurance needs. Her friends from the fire department should come and see her for competitive quotes as well.

Erica has been with the Agency for over 5 years, and has a total of over 8 years Insurance experience. Erica specializes in all aspects of personal lines and is always willing to go above and beyond for all of our customers.
In addition to working at the agency every Saturday and Thursday evening she if very busy taking care of her Husband and 9 year old daughter along with many other outside activities she is involved in.

Laura has been with the Agency for over 5 years and is available to help address customer needs and changes quickly and efficiently.
Laura is also Co-Director of Southtown’s Catholic Pre School in North Evans where she has been teaching for over 25 plus years!
Laura is a life long member of St. Vincent DePaul Church where she is very active in planning the St. Joseph’s Day Table and annual Lawn Fete. Laura and Husband Jack were honored with “Couple of the Year” award for their parish from the Arch Diocese of Buffalo.
Just recently they also received an award from Ralph Wilson for being season ticket holders of the Buffalo Bills for the past 20 years!
